This workshop utilises NLP Communication techniques to better understand all communication and then introduces different types of questions and when to best utilise them.  Coupled with a practical workshop element, this has proved to encourage rapid understanding of the material. Infection Control

Delivered by RGN Fiona McAlpine this course looks at the specific issues that nurseries face when identifying and dealing with Infection.  As well as refreshing knowledge and providing new insights to less experienced staff, the benefits of this workshop extend to increased confidence in nursery staff when dealing with parents and the importance of Infection Control.

Timeline Techniques

Time Line techniques are a simple and non-invasive way to deal with negative emotions such as guilt, fear, anger, depression and limiting beliefs.  These techniques can be taught in a group environment to remove unwarranted negative feelings and emotions and allow attendees to be in control of their emotions in the future.  In clearing the negativity clients report a sense of a lifting of weight from their shoulders and complete removal of past emotions and limiting beliefs.  Whilst this is not to say that they will not experience these emotions in the future, they will not be unwarranted or overwhelming.  This is not a treatment, but the teaching of skills that the attendees will be able to use themselves in the future.
